Cucumber Sandwiches
3 cucumbers; sliced thin
8 oz cream cheese; softened
1 pk Ranch Dressing
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 heaping tablespoon salad dressing such as Miracle Whip
loaf of cocktail rye bread
dill weed
Mix the cream cheese, dressing mix, mayo and salad dressing together
in a medium sized bowl. Spread onto rye bread, place a thin slice
of cucumber then sprinkle with a little dill weed. Served open-face.
