DYNAMITES

1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger meat
4 large green peppers, diced
2 large onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 large can tomato puree

Saute peppers, onions, and garlic in oil until soft. Add hamburger
and brown. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer about one
hour. Serve on torpedo rolls as you would sloppy joes. Makes
approximately one dozen sandwiches.
