CURRIED EGG SANDWICHES
hardcooked eggs
curry powder
salt & pepper
orange juice & zest
mayonnaise
Chop the eggs very fine and season with curry, salt & pepper. Mix
in a touch of orange juice and orange zest and add enough mayonnaise
to hold the eggs together. Very nice on pumpernickle bread.
