Gibraltar Toast

125g-175g cream cheese
6-9 slices white bread
1 banana, sliced thinly
a little lemon juice
150-225g crab meat, shrimps or prawns
cayenne pepper
6-9 slices Cheddar cheese

Spread bread with cheese. Arrange banana slices on bread, sprinkle
with lemon juice and top with crab meat, shrimps or prawns. Sprinkle
with cayenne pepper and top each toast with a slice of cheese.
Arrange on baking sheet. Grill about 10 minutes.

I have been serving this recipe since it appeared in recipe page on German Teletext (Videotext/Ceefax) in 1983 to my loved ones and my best friends. A little tip to make it even better: serve the toast bread slices on a green leafy salad sheet each!
