Hamburger Patties
2 lbs. hamburger
3 T grated parmesan cheese
3 T Worchestershire sauce
1 T garlic pepper
1-2 T Cajun seasoning (to taste depending on how how you want it)
1 small onion diced
Mix all ingredients. Scoop into 1/2 cup size patties. Grill or
fry until done. Serve with your favorite hamburger fixins'.
Note: I use this recipe for the hamburger I use in spaghetti sauce.
