Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce
olive oil
3 large yellow onions, cut in half moons
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
1 small can tomato sauce or comparable amount of ketchup
Hot sauce, to taste
Coat a frying pan with olive oil. Add onions to pan plus Worcestershire
sauce.
Cook until onions are clear, but not brown. Add tomato sauce and
hot sauce and heat.
