Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich
8 hamburger buns
boiled ham for 8 sandwiches
Swiss cheese slices
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. Accent, optional
1/4c. chopped onion
1 T. poppy seeds
Combine butter, mustard, Accent, onion and poppy seeds.
Spread butter mixture on both sides of buns and put piled ham and
cheese slice in between. Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake in
350 degree oven for 15 min. or until cheese melts. I like to take
prepared sandwiches in a cooler while camping and heat them over
an open fire for a quick, no fuss lunch.
