Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
(for 1 dozen small rolls)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp poppy
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup brown mustard
1 lb. boiled ham
3/4 lb.sliced swiss cheese
Mix together softened butter or margarine, softened, poppy seed
chopped onion and brown mustard Spread butter mix. on both sides
of bun s. Divide ham and cheese evenly over the 12 buns. Wrap in
aluminum foil and freeze if you want. Bake in 350 oven for 30-40
min if frozen. If defrosted, bake 20-30 min.

These little sandwiches are always a party favorite. They are easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion. From wedding showers, baby showers, b'day parties, sporting parties to school events.
