Pimento Cheese Spread
Yield: 8 Servings
1 lb Cheddar cheese
1 md onion, chopped
3 tb pimentos w/ liquid
2 tb garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 c Miracle Whip
Finely grate cheese in food processor. Grate onion and add to
grated cheese. Add balance of ingredients. If too dry, add
more Miracle Whip.
