Reuben Sandwich
good quality rye bread
lean corned beef, sliced wafer thin
swiss cheese
saurkraut, drained and squeezed dry
thousand island salad dressing
butter
dill pickle
Butter bread on the outside like for a grilled cheese sandwich.
Place as much corned beef as you like on the bottom piece of bread.
Add a layer of sauerkraut then cheese. Grill until warmed through
and the cheese is melted. Pour some thousand island dressing over
the melted cheese-serve with a great dill pickle.
