TURKEY SANDWICH
Try toping a turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and finely chopped
walnuts
EGG SALAD
Add a little salsa to your egg salad for a zippy sandwich
TOASTED OPENFACE MUSHROOM SANDWICHES
Mix all of the following ingredients together and spread on lightly
toasted bread. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes (watch it closely so it doesn't
burn)
6 oz light loft cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons bacon pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
