Charlotte Pork Sandwich (Smoked Pork)

1 tb brown sugar
1 tb flour
1 tb dry mustard
1 ts salt
1 ts pepper
1 ts paprika
1 ts cayenne

1 garlic clove, minced
1 chili powder
1/2 c water
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c chicken broth
1 tb lemon juice

Smoke cook pork, then shred finely. Heat sauce ingredients 20
minutes but do not boil. Pour on pork and steep overnight. Skim
fat and make pork patties. Heat and serve with cole slaw on bun.
