Spanish Hamburger

1 pound ground beef or chuck
8 ounces can tomato sauce
8 ounces can water
1 or 2 stalks celery, chopped
Small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

hamburger buns

In skillet cook celery and onion in small amount of water until
celery is soft. Fry beef and crumble it up. When done, drain off
grease. Add tomato sauce and water; salt and pepper to taste. Simmer
for 15 minutes. Butter hamburger buns and broil until lightly
golden. Serve closed or open faced.
