Spicy Beef Pitas
1 lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef 1/2 c. picante sauce 1/3 c. red-wine vinegar 1/4 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper 4 large pita bread rounds Chopped tomato, avocado, green pepper Feta cheese
Place sliced beef in a plastic bag set inside a bowl. For marinade: In a medium bowl, combine picante vinegar, oil, cilantro, garlic, pepper. Pour marinade over beef. Seal bag; marinate inthe refrigerator for 4-24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
To serve, drain and discard the marinade. fill each pita half with beef. Top with chopped vegetables and feta cheese.
