Toast Points with Saffron Aioli
12 toast points to garnish dishes such as Bouillabaisse, Clams Provence, etc.

1 cup mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 large pinch saffron strands (broken by pulling)
juice of 1 lemon
3 slices toasted bread

In a food processor, blend the mayonnaise and garlic until pureed.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and whisk in the saffron until
well blended. Continue beating and slowly add the lemon juice.
Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.

When ready to serve, thickly spread Saffron Aioli on quartered
toasted sliced bread. (toast points) Garnish each dish with three
toast points.
