Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and relish. Spread on buttered bread. Place cheese on top of tuna mixture. Add other piece of bread on the top and heat until slightly browned. Was in the mood for tuna melt - loved this; so much easier than the broiler method. The cheese was nice and melted, tuna mixture hot through. Best part was my 3 and 6 year old don't like tuna and it was great because I could do grilled cheese for them while I was making this for my husband and I on the same griddle and wa'la - Saturday afternoon lunch for all of us!
