Great new twist on a classic!, September 12, 2004 - 01:09 AM

I was thrilled to find this treat! Was in the mood for tuna melt - loved this; so much easier than the broiler method. The cheese was nice and melted, tuna mixture hot through. Best part was my 3 and 6 year old don't like tuna and it was great because I could do grilled cheese for them while I was making this for my husband and I on the same griddle and wa'la - Saturday afternoon lunch for all of us! Thanks for the great idea.
