Bbq Sauce 03

BBQ Sauce
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 med onion, finely chopped
1 med bell pepper, finely diced
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Cook
uncovered over very low heat until very thick, or as thick as you
like. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
