Bbq Sauce 10

Bar-B-Q-Sauce
1/2 cup of oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
Fry the above ingredients in the oil until clear.
Add:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 tsp vinegar
3 tbls. sugar
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Stir all the above until mixed and simmer approx. 1/2 hour.
