BBQ Sauce
3 small cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp molasses
1 Tbsp corn syrup
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tsp. liquid smoke
Mix all ingredients and simmer in a medium size saucepan for an
hour stirring occasionally. Jan
