Barbecue Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 cups beef stock
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/8 cup Liquid Smoke
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Mix and simmer, uncovered, for 2 hours. Stir often. Serve over
barbecued beef, chicken or ribs.
