Barbeque Sauce

1 1/2 ts fresh lemon juice
1 tb vegetable oil
1 ts liquid smoke
1 onion, coarsely chopped
1 ts garlic powder
2 c no-salt tomato sauce
1/2 ts cayenne pepper
1/2 c light molasses
1/4 ts Tabasco
1/4 c cider vinegar
generous pinch allspice
1/4 c Dijon mustard

Heat oil is a heavy medium skillet over med-high heat. Add onion
and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally. This should take
about 8 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until
thickened, about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Makes 3 cups.
