Bbq Sauce
1 c strong black coffee
3 tb chili powder
1 c Worcestershire sauce
2 ts salt
1 c catsup
2 c chopped onions
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/4 c minced hot chili peppers
1/2 c brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 25 mins. Strain
or puree in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate between uses.
