Bbq Sauce 84

BBQ sauce
1/4 c butter
1/3 c onions pureed
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c tomato or V-8 juice
1/4 c cider vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Melt butter in skillet, brown onions lightly, stir in flour. Add
tomato juice and vinegar. Add all other ingredients and bring to
a boil, reduce heat to a high simmer and stir often.
