Bbq Sauce 85

BBQ Sauce
1 med onion, pureed
1 tbsp pork fat
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 c V-8 juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 c chili sauce
salt to taste
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard
Brown onions lightly in the pork fat. Combine all other ingredients
and simmer for 2 hours.
