BBq Sauce
12 to 14 ounces Ketchup
12 ounces of regular coke
1/3 cup A-1 sauce
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce or to taste
1/4 cup liquid smoke
Bring to boil and then let simmer for 20 minutes.
Can be used to baste but not over open fire.
Can baste after meat is done or baste when meat is sealed in foil
or bag.
