Jack Daniel's Glaze
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbs. Tabasco
2 tbs. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Whiskey
2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil,
reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and
use as a sauce on any grilled meat.
