Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic pressed
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup grainy mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
Stir ingredients together. Use as a baste and as a condiment.
