Mustard Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup brandy
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp green peppercorns, crushed
1 Tbsp pink peppercorns, crushed
Reduce brandy by half over medium heat. Then add the rest of
ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
