North Carolina: Eastern Style with Butter
1/2 c vinegar
1 tb Tabasco
1 ts mustard
1 tb chili powder
1/4 ts cayenne, more to taste
1 tb black pepper
1 ts paprika
1/2 juice of lemon
2 tb sugar
1 clove garlic
2 ts salt
8 tb butter
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
Cook all but butter 15 minutes. Strain. Add butter and let sit
30 minutes.
