North Carolina: Eastern Style with Butter
2/3 c mustard
1/2 c white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 c cider vinegar
2 tb chili powder
1 ts black pepper
1 ts white pepper
1/2 ts cayenne pepper
5 drops Tabasco
1/2 ts soy Sauce
2 tb butter
Mix all incredients except soy and butter. Simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in soy and butter.
