North Carolina: Eastern Style with Sugar and Butter
2 ts salt
1 ts black pepper
1 tb paprika
2/3 c water
2 tb sugar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts cayenne
2/3 c red wine vinegar
1/2 ts dry mustard
1/2 c butter
Boil dry ingredients in water. Remove from heat and stir in the
remaining ingredients.
