North Carolina: Western (Smoked Pork)
1 c ketchup
1/4 c onion, minced
1 c brown sugar, packed
1 ts pepper sauce
1/2 c lemon juice
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c butter
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Reduce heat
and simmer for another 30 minutes. Use as a dipping sauce.
