Mid-South Carolina Mustard Sauce
Yield: 2 Cups

1 c cider vinegar
6 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb maple syrup
4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts hot red pepper sauce
1 c vegetable oil
2 ts salt
ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients, including pepper to taste. This was the hands
down winner of the Carolina bbq sauces. Best on pulled pork.
