Spicy Texas Bbq Sauce
Makes 5 cups sauce.

1 c ketchup
1/2 c brown sugar, firm packed
1/4 c lime juice
2 ts red chiles, to taste
1 ts vegetable oil
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c onion, chopped
2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
12 oz tomato paste
12 oz beer

Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart pan, reduce heat to
low. Cover

HAD A REALLY GOOD TASTE AND THE FLAVORS MIXEX WELL. I'LL KEEP THIS ONE WITH MY OTHER SAUCES. AND USE AGAIN.
