Barbecue Sauce for Fondue
2 cups tomato catsup
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
dash of Tabasco sauce
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over moderate
heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
