Butterscotch Sauce
Makes 1 cup

1 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat brown sugar, syrup, and butter over low heat to boiling,
stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cream and vanilla.
Stir just before serving.

Used extra cream , and 1/3 cup brandy. I served it with blueberry pancakes. A real hit!
