Chive Parsley Sauce For Cooked Vegetables
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced chives
1 tablespoon minced parsley
Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in chives and parsley. Serve
over cooked potatoes, cauliflower, or zucchini. Store any remaining
sauce, covered, in the refrigerator. To reheat, melt slowly and
gently to retain delicate flavor.
