Chocolate Sauce
Yield: 6 servings

3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients except vanilla extract in a small saucepan.
Bring sugar mixture to a boil, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cover sauce and chill. Yield:
1 cup and 2 tablespoons (serving size: 3 tablespoons).
