Fresh Cranberry Relish

4 cups (1 lb) fresh cranberries
2 medium-sized red apples, cored
1 large or 2 medium-sized oranges, quartered and pitted
1/2 - 2/3 cup honey

Wash cranberries, pick over to remove stems. Dump it all in your
food processor, blend in pulses enough to chop it all up: not
enough to make mush, just enough to chop it all fine. You'll
probably need to open the top and stir it around a little bit. Be
careful not to over process.

Refrigerate several hours or (preferably) overnight.
