Cranberry Horseradish Sauce
2 C. raw cranberries
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 C. sugar
3/4 C. sour cream
2 TBS horseradish sauce
Grind together the cranberries and onion. Add the remaining
ingedients and mix. Freeze this solid, but a few hours before
serving remove from freezer and place in the fridge. Makes about
1 pint.
