Cranberry Sauce

6 inches cinnamon stick
12 whole cloves
2 whole nutmeg
16 ounces cranberries
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange peel, grated
1 cup orange juice

Put cloves, and nutmeg in tea strainer. Combine everything else
including cinnamon sticks in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil.

Simmer, uncovered 4 -5 minutes or until the skins pop. Remove the
spices. Chill. Makes 3 1/2 - 4 cups sauce.
