Orange Cranberry Sauce
2 (10 oz) bags cranberries.
2 large cans mandarin oranges
2 large cans crushed pineapple
3 fresh tart Granny apples, crushed in a food processor
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
Boil cranberries in water until they pop. Add remaining ingredients
and then simmer until reduced to a thick syrupy mixture. Cool and
serve.
