Oriental Dipping Sauce for Egg Rolls
1 cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp horseradish
1 small piece finely chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Blend orange marmalade, orange juice and lemon juice in blender or
food processor or beat vigorously by hand. Add dry mustard,
horseradish and ginger. Blend and chill.
