For all SPECIAL BUTTERS

Mix all ingredients together till fluffy.
All make about 1/2 cup.
Try piping through a rosette tube and refrigerating till needed.
SPICED HONEY BUTTER
1/2 cup butter or marg. softened 2 TBS honey
1/4 tsp ground coriander 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
ORANGE BUTTER
1/2 cup butter or marg. softened 1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 tsp grated orange rind 1 tsp confectioners sugar
SUNSHINE BUTTER
1/2 cup butter or marg. softened 2 TBS honey
1 TBS grated orange rind 1 TBS finely flaked coconut
YOUR FAVORITE BERRY BUTTER
1/2 cup butter or marg. softened 1 tsp confectioners sugar
1/3 cup strawberry, raspberry or your favorite jam
