Bacon/Herb Butter
1 cup butter 1 tsp Oregano 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 8 strips crisp crumbled bacon
Mix well. Use on: Corn, potatoes, red beets, tomato halves, zucchini, green beans.
Basil Butter
1 cup butter 1 tbsp grated onion 2 tsp Basil
Mix together. Use on: Hamburgers, Italian green beans.
Chili Butter
1 cup butter 2 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Basil
Mix well. Use on: Hot corn, chicken, frankfurters, fish.
Chive Butter
1 cup butter 3 tbsp Garlic & Chives Seasoning 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Mix well. Use on: Cabbage, carrots, peas, fish, chicken, liver, mushrooms, omelettes, grilled meats, oysters, turnips, ham or egg salad sandwiches.
Cinnamon Butter
1 cup butter 2 cups sugar 2 tbsp Cinnamon
Mix well. Use on: Toast, muffins, pancakes, waffles.
Curry Butter
1 cup butter 2 tsp Curry Powder dash each Black Pepper and Paprika
Mix well. Use on: Potatoes, spinach, cauliflower, corn, chicken, fish, lima beans.
Garlic Butter
1 cup butter 2 tsp Garlic Flakes
Mix well. Use on: Hero sandwiches, fish, pasta, bread, grilled meats, spinach, cabbage, egg rolls, zucchini, lima beans.
Grill Butter
1 cup butter 3 tbsp Onion Flakes or powder 2 tsp Barbecue Spice
Mix well. Use on: Steak (spoon over steak just before serving), zucchini, asparagus.
Herbed Butter
1 cup butter 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Tarragon 2 tsp Dry Mustard
Mix well. Use on: Grilled meats, poultry, fish, peas, carrots, celery, green beans.
Mustard Butter
1 cup butter 1 tbsp Dry Mustard
Mix well. Use on: Ham, pork, cauliflower, broiled salmon and seafood, lentils, lima beans, hard cooked eggs, greens, sandwiches.
