Garlic Butter 06

Garlic Butter
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp onion powder
1 green onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
pinch garlic salt (optional)
1 French Baguette
Let butter soften at room temp in small mixing bowl. Add all other
ingredients. Use fork to mash butter and thoroughly mix. Spread
garlic butter liberally on sliced Baguette. Put in toaster oven
or reg oven, broil 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
