GRAVLAKS-SAUS

2 tsp mustard
2 tsp sugar
4 tsp vinegar (5%)
2 decilitre soya oil
1 decilitre dill
1 egg yolk

Mix mustard, sugar and vinegar. Add oil carefully using a mixer/food
processor. Mix in yolk. Add the dill.

Personally I find this sauce both too mild and too creamy.

Note: The mustard in a real gravlakssaus should of course be
Swedish or Norwegian!
