Shake-gravy for Dummies

as much water as gravy needed (no more than half of jar space)
1 heaping tablespoon flour per cup water
1 heaping teaspoon powdered soup-base or meat-seasoning per cup of water

Choose the same flavour powder as type of meat on the plate.

Dump ingredients in jar and close lid. Shake until daily stress
subsides. Pour into appropriate sized pot placed on element turned
up to medium heat. Mix using a whisk until gravy becomes thick.
It is now ready, dummies.

P.S. This gravy is very low in fat, will be lump-free, is easy
and very quick to make and according to my kids is extra-tastey.
