Heavenly Hot Fudge Sauce

4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 lb butter
4 cups confectioners sugar
12 oz can evaporated milk

In top of a double boiler mnelt Butter and chocolate. When smooth
lightly blend with electric mixer. Alternately add confectioners'
sugar and evaporated milk. Blend together. Let mixture cook on
high for about 25 minutes or until thick and smooth. Check the
hot water in the bottom pan and make sure you have enough to carry
you through the recipe.
