(1 stick) butter, softened 2tbsp lime (lemon) juice 1tbsp freshly grated lime zest 2tbsp soy sauce Cream all the ingredients in a small bowl. Form the mixture in a cylinder and wrap in waxed paper. Chill until ready to use. #2 1/4 lb.
